How to Apply

Living in supported accommodation is likely to be different from the way that you have lived before. If you are looking at our supported accommodation services, make sure to download and read our Recovery Accommodation Information Handbook.

If you require the Handbook sent to you by Australia Post, please Contact us on 9350 8800 and request a copy.

Step 1) Complete the referral form. This can be completed by anybody – yourself, a family member, a Carer, a case manager, mental health service provider, social services or other health provider you are linked in with.

Step 2) Upon receiving both your Residential Referral Form Richmond Wellbeing will contact you or your referring case manager to advise you if we are able to progress with your referral, or to seek further information. If your referral meets our eligibility criteria, your referral will then be put forward to the suitable program or site manager.

Step 3) Staff at the referred service may arrange an interview with you and speak with other stakeholders to assess your suitability. Where preference is indicated for a particular program, we will try to meet the request.

One thing I really appreciate about being at Richmond Wellbeing Subiaco is my access to a support team who respect my wishes and life goals. I like routine and my support workers appreciate and respect this and keep me fully informed of any changes which may cause me anxiety. I know I always have access to support with any life problems I find difficult to manage alone.
