It is your safe place to explore, dream, plan, and take action towards your new life. We are your partners in recovery and will assist you in developing your own recovery plan. With your key worker, and site support staff, you’ll have all the individual support you need to heal. We are here to assist you on every step of the journey, including continued outreach support options upon leaving supported accommodation.

With supported accommodation, you have the opportunity to engage in different activities to learn new skills and explore hobbies that you enjoy. We work hard to foster a sense of community between our residents, staff, families, and key supports. The people that are important to you, are important to us.

Our Bassendean long-term individualised support accommodation helps you develop a recovery plan and supports you every step of the way, to improve on your skills and live independently.

You can access our community supported residential units, located in the South West, offering a comfortable and caring environment for you and your key support network, so that you can focus on your journey to recovery.

Living Well- Mental Health Community Care Unit

Based in Orelia, Living Well – Mental Health Community Care Unit offers intensive, transitional support for people with complex mental health issues. The service is staffed twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week.

The service offers five share houses (twenty beds) set in a homelike environment that supports recovery in all its forms.

Mental Health Step Up Step Down Bunbury

Mental Health Step Up Step Down Bunbury is a short-term residential mental health recovery support service. It is equipped with 10 individual units and provides 24/7 support for up to 28 days for individuals aged 18-64 years who reside in the South West, and who do not require acute inpatient hospital treatment and admission.

Momentum QP- Youth Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Homelessness Service

Momentum QP – Youth Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Homelessness Service  supports young people with mental health issues, with or without co-occurring AOD issues, to transition from homelessness and move to independent living by supporting them on their recovery journey. Momentum QP has capacity to work with 8 young people at any time in the residential program for a period of up to 12 months where they will receive support from the multidisciplinary team to work intensively on their recovery towards building a meaningful life beyond distress.

Ngulla Mia

Ngulla Mia, Noongar for “Our Place”, is a safe and secure residence for adults experiencing mental distress who are homeless or at risk of being homeless.  Ngulla Mia is not a crisis service or immediately available, so contact us and start your application today.

Peel, Rockingham, Kwinana (PaRK) Service

Our Park services allows you to keep in touch with your key support networks in the Rockingham, Kwinana, and Mandurah area while accessing our individualised support and recovery programs.

Queens Park

Richmond Wellbeing Queens Park service offers long term recovery based support for individuals aged 18-65.  Staff provide 24-hour support and assistance to work alongside individuals in all aspects of their health & well-being. A ten-bed facility, Queens Park service offers highly individualised and group support to develop the life of your choosing. Please contact our intake department on 9350 8800 with any enquiries.

Subiaco Dual-Diagnosis

If you have both an intellectual disability and are experiencing mental ill health, our Subiaco service can work with you towards recovery.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Supported Independent Living (SIL) is a new model of supported accommodation funded by the NDIS. It provides in-home support, up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help individuals experiencing mental health challenges to live with independence, in shared living arrangements in most instances.
