Overview
Ngulla Mia has a carefully developed recovery program to support all residents on their recovery journey. The program includes therapeutic recovery groups, capacity building groups, community access groups and individualised one-on-one keywork sessions.
Ngulla Mia provides a balanced environment that supports both independent living, as well as fostering an environment that enables you to focus on your personal and individual recovery journey. At Ngulla Mia, breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and supper are provided, including a range of hot and cold beverages.
Ngulla Mia is an accommodation and mental health recovery program, therefore by accepting a place at Ngulla Mia you are agreeing to engage in the structured program, which includes:
- A daily morning resident meeting.
- Daily recovery and capacity building groups.
- Recreational onsite activities and outings.
- Evening activities and mindfulness groups.
- Weekly room clean and communal chores.
- Weekly Resident House Meeting.
