Rainbow Tick accreditation aims to assist organisations to move from lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and queer (LGBTIQ+) aware, to LGBTIQ+ inclusive – while reassuring LGBTIQ+ consumers and staff that an organisation is responsive to, and understanding and aware of their needs. Richmond Wellbeing was the first organisation in WA to attain Rainbow Tick accreditation – and now offers training and support to others with our Rainbow Tick Readiness Program and Rainbow Tick Readiness Virtual Audit services.

Does your organisation want the Rainbow Tick? Richmond Wellbeing can help you get it!

Rainbow Tick Virtual Audit

So you think your organisation is ready to go for the Rainbow Tick? Let Richmond Wellbeing run a ‘virtual audit’ to help identify any gaps before the formal accreditation process.

Following its own Rainbow Tick accreditation, the first for any organisation in WA, Richmond Wellbeing has developed a virtual audit program to ‘test’ any organisation in a simulated audit process, in order to identify any deficits in systems and workplace documentation.

Once completed, we can work with you to develop and implement a schedule for improvement ahead of the Rainbow Tick audit team assessment and provide a plan to address any gaps that are identified prior to accreditation.

Richmond Wellbeing can assist your organisation to become a culturally safer, more inclusive environment for LGBTIQ+ clients, staff and volunteers. Want to know more? Download our Rainbow Tick Readiness Virtual Audit brochure now.
