Our Albany based Community Resource Centre, Fellowship House, is here to support people with mental health concerns with a range of social connection and group supports. Located close to the Albany CBD, Fellowship House is a place for anyone dealing with mental health distress to feel welcome, respected and believed in.

Aged 18 years or older experiencing a mental health concern. To access Fellowship House and to process your application, we need permission to contact your Case Manager or nominated Support Person, and emergency contact.

Available to people who can access the site.

If you have any questions or would like to organise a site visit, please call 9842 9221 between 9:00-2:00 weekdays except Wednesday, or email site manager via katie.roberts@rw.org.au

Step 1.) Speak to staff at Fellowship House or visit the site, to see if this service is of interest for you. Information packs are available.

Step 2.) Complete the referral form. This can be completed by anybody – yourself, a family member, a Carer, a case manager, mental health service provider, social services, or other health provider you are linked in with. The staff at Fellowship House are available to support you with this form.

Step 3.) Submit your form to the staff at Fellowship House or by emailing the intake department via intake@rw.org.au

Step 4.) Upon receiving your referral from, the Albany Site Manager may contact your referrer or other stakeholders to assess your suitability.

Step 5.) The staff at Fellowship House will inform you of the outcome of your referral.
