Support people in your community and make a difference.

Richmond Wellbeing is a leading WA mental health organisation, providing recovery focused, community-based residential and outreach services for adults and young people. We support people experiencing mental distress to develop the confidence and skills to live their lives, employing evidence-based practice to support recovery and wellbeing.

We welcome diversity in our workforce, including people with lived experience of mental distress and disability. We employ staff from a range of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

We are the first organisation in WA to achieve Rainbow Tick accreditation and encourage people who identify as LGBTIQ+ to apply.

We have work closely with Elders Uncle Albert McNamara, Aunty Irene McNamara, Uncle Peter Wilkes, and Aunty Sandra Wilkes to strengthen ties with the Aboriginal community and ensure that our services are culturally secure.
