Richmond Wellbeing Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update – 25 March 2020

Please find information on the measures Richmond Wellbeing is taking to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our residents, consumers and workforce.

Richmond Wellbeing has set the highest standard of precaution for the safety and wellbeing of all service users, their significant others and our workforce. Our response team are actively working to achieve this in accordance with advice from the Government of Western Australia Department of Health, and we will continue to provide updated advice to our service users.

For Richmond Wellbeing clients, we are adapting our services as new updates come to hand, so we can continue to provide the best service possible.

For the safety of our clients and staff, please do not attend a Richmond Wellbeing service or site without first making phone contact:

Should a confirmed case of Coronavirus (COVID-19) be identified, we have a comprehensive plan in place to respond and protect people living, working and visiting our services. However, we all need to play a part to ensure safety at our sites.

Please let us know immediately if:

  • You or your family have recently travelled overseas
  • You or your family are experiencing any flu-like symptoms, or
  • You have been in contact with anyone who is confirmed to have Coronavirus (COVID-19).

All Richmond Wellbeing sites are enacting the highest emphasis on hygiene particularly in relation to washing hands and coughing/sneezing into a tissue or covering coughs/sneezes with elbows – and strictly adhering to social distancing.
