Offering 24-hour support and assistance, we work alongside people in all aspects of their health, wellbeing and activities of daily living. Step 1) Complete the referral form. This can be completed by anybody – yourself, a family member, a Carer, a case manager, mental health service provider, social services or other health provider you are linked in with.
Step 2) Upon receiving both your Residential Referral Form Richmond Wellbeing will contact you or your referring case manager to advise you if we are able to progress with your referral, or to seek further information. If your referral meets our eligibility criteria, your referral will then be put forward to the suitable program or site manager.
Step 3) Staff at the referred service may arrange an interview with you and speak with other stakeholders to assess your suitability. Where preference is indicated for a particular program, we will try to meet the request.
Step 4) Shortly after, Richmond Wellbeing will contact your referrer to discuss the outcome of your referral.

Richmond Wellbeing takes your privacy very seriously. Any personal information collected will be protected by Richmond Wellbeing policies and procedures. In the referral process, this will include your social, medical and psychological information.
